冷原子荧光法测定聚苯乙烯食品包装材料中汞
DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF MERCURY IN POLYPHENYLETHYLENE FOOD PACKAGING MATERIAL BY COLD VAPOUR ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 提出了冷原子荧光法测定聚苯乙烯食品包装材料中汞的新方法。采用甲苯溶样 ,以 3g· L-1的硫代硫酸钠溶液反萃 ,反萃液经高锰酸钾溶液氧化 ,氯化亚锡还原。该法仪器价廉、灵敏、准确、快速。RSD<4.3% ,回收率为 90 .0 %~ 1 0 2 .0 %。
【Abstract】 A method for determining mercury in polyphenylethylene food packaging material is presented in this paper. The sample is dissolved with toluene, and mercury is stripped with Na2S2O3 solution, and the organic substances in the stripped solution is then oxidized by KMnO4. Mercury is then determined by cold vapour atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The method is convenient, sensitive and rapid. The RSD is less than 4.3%, and recoveries are in the range of is 90.0%~102.0%.
