脉冲悬浮体进样火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定土壤中铬

【摘要】 以阴离子表面活性剂 SDS为增敏试剂 ,脉冲悬浮体进样火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定土壤中铬。结果表明 ,SDS在土壤悬浮体中对铬的吸收信号表现出明显的增敏作用 ,铬的绝对灵敏度为 7.90 ng(进样体积为 50 0 μl) ,直接测定土壤中铬的检出限达 4.3ng,加标回收率 99.4% ,相对标准偏差 3% ( n=3) ,方法可直接测定 NBS标准物质蕃茄叶中铬。

【Abstract】 A novel method was developed to determine directly trace amounts of chromium in soil by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with pulse slurry sampling The surfactant SDS was employed to improve the sensitivity The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of chromium in soil, the characteristic mass (sampling volume 500μl) and detection limit (3 σ ) were found to be 7 90ng and 4.3ng (Cr), respectively The recovery was found to be 99 4% and the RSD to be 3 0% The NBS standard reference material (tomato leaf) was used to evaluate the accuracy and precision of the proposed method
