大包底吹氩水模试验研究
Experimental Study on Argon Blowing from Bottom of Ladle by Water Model
【摘要】 采用水力学模型试验方法研究了不同示踪剂加入位置、不同透气砖布置方式以及不同送气量对钢液混匀时间的影响。结果表明 :示踪剂偏向中心位置加入 ,混匀时间较短 ;对于同样的底部送气量 ,两块透气砖对称分布在同一直径上时混匀时间较短 ;混匀时间随气体流量的增大而减少
【Abstract】 The experimental study on the influences of adding position of tracking agent, arrangement of permeable bricks and different quantities of gas supply on mixing time of molten steel is performed via water model. The results show that the mixing time can be shortened by adding tracking agent near the center and two bricks symmetrically arranged in the same diameter under the same quantity of bottom gas supply. The mixing time can be decreased with the increase in gas flow.
