【摘要】 开发了基于人工神经网络预报性能的齿轮钢LF -VD过程钢水成分微调软件。对减小齿轮钢的成分波动范围 ,保证窄淬透性的控制有重大意义。在成分微调过程中 ,可随时利用人工神经网络的方法对钢的性能进行预报 ,预报结果精确度高 ,利于有效的控制生产

【Abstract】 The software for adjusting the composition of gear steel in LF-VD process based on property prediction by means of artificial nerve network. This is very useful for decrease on composition fluctuation range of gear steel and control on narrow fluctuation hardenability. During the process of composition adjustment, the properties of steel can be predicted by means of artificial nerve network at any time. Higher prediction precision is propitious to control production.
