广州市高级人才现状、影响因素及对策探讨
Research on the Strategies and Determinants of the development of the Talents in Guangzhou
【摘要】 本研究是根据广州市的高级人才及其单位的问卷调查资料 ,对高级人才的现状及其影响因素进行了分析研究 ,并就如何改善广州的高级人才发展环境 ,以吸引与培养更多的高级人才提出了相应的对策建议
【Abstract】 Based on the data of a survey of the talents in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the present situation of talents development in Guangzhou ,the determinants of talents development, and how to absorb, cultivate and make best use of talents more efficiently
