【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨鞍钢职业病伤发生及其费用负担特点。[方法 ]对鞍钢 116家企业在 1997～ 1999上半年期间的职业病伤及与其相关的费用负担进行流行病学调查。[结果 ]职业病伤发生率位居前 8位的行业是社会团体 2 1 5 1‰ ,普通机械制造业 4 95‰、黑色金属矿采选业 4 67‰、非金属矿物制造业 4 5 4‰、石油加工及炼焦业 3 97‰、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业 3 64‰、铁路运输业 3 16‰和自来水的生产和供应业 3 0 2‰ ;从职业病伤支出费用占工资总额的比例看 ,社会团体、铁路运输业、非金属矿物制造业和黑色金属矿采选业支出比例最高 ,分别是 5 2 6%、2 84%、2 2 5 %和 2 2 3 %。[结论 ]上述行业可能为鞍钢职业病伤高危行业 ,每年支出的费用负担严重。但由于行业的特殊性 ,社会团体尚待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] The survey was conducted in order to investigate and analyze the characteristic of the incidence of occupational diseases and injuries and their related expenses as well as to provide scientific basis for the reform of insurance of occupational injuries in Anshan Iron and Steel Corp. [Methods] The survey was done on the incidence of occupational diseases and injuries and their related expenses in 116 enterprises. [Results] The incidence of occupational diseases and injuries in the common mechanical manufacturing industry (CMM) (4 95‰),industry of mining and dressing of ferrous metal (MDFM) (4 67‰),non metal mineral manufacturing industry (NMMM) (4 54‰),oil processing industry (3 97‰) and smelting and mangling process of ferrous metal (SMPFM) (3 64‰) was found. As to the expenses of occupational diseases and injuries in relation to the year salary,railway transport industry (RTI) (5 26%) and industry of NMMM (2 25%) occupied the first and second places,respectively. [Conclusion] The industries mentioned above are at high risk to occupational diseases and injuries,and they may have a higher burden of related expenses.
