注入锁定光纤环形腔激光器实验研究
Experimental Researches of Injection Locking Fiber Ring Resonator Laser
【摘要】 利用注入锁定技术,将中心频率稳定、窄线宽的DFBLD作为主激光器,将光纤环形腔激光器作为从激光器.在实现注入锁定后,利用光纤环形腔谐振特性,有效压窄了注入光线宽.得到了中心频率稳定,较之DFBLD线宽更窄的输出激光,目前线宽已被压窄到70kHz.
【Abstract】 Depending upon the principle of injection locking, using a DFB LD possessed stable mean frequency and narrow linewidth as a mester laser and cooperating a fiber ring laser as a slave one,when the injection locking excited, the linewidth of the master laser is squashed narrower by better resonating characteristic due to long fiber ring cavity. The stable mean frequency and much narrower linewith laser is gained, and its linewidth has been suppressed down to 70 kHz.
