【Abstract】 The traditional medical work, Canon of Medicine, was written in the warring states period. It was based on the theoretical system of Yin and Yang and Five Elements, which embodies philosophic theory. It is dominated by the concept of viewing the situation as a whole. The work discusses the relation between biont and the situation as a whole. The work discusses the relation between biont and the environment.
