【摘要】 目的 :探讨白芷乳剂鼻腔给药的可行性。方法 :以白芷主要有效成分欧前胡素和异欧前胡素为检测指标 ,探讨白芷乳剂大鼠鼻腔给药的药物动力学参数及脑组织中的含量。结果 :欧前胡素和异欧前胡素鼻腔给药的 tmax均为 0 .5 0 0 h,cmax分别为3 .161,2 .916︼g/ ml,AUC0→∞ 分别为 2 0 .2 0 5 ,2 8.117︼g· h/ ml,T1 /2 分别为 4 .779,6.3 0 1h;给药 15 min即可透过血脑屏障 ,进入脑组织 ,4 h时脑组织中含量分别为 4 0 .3 68,2 2 .84 9︼g/ 10 0 mg。结论 :白芷乳剂鼻腔给药具有一定的可行性更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the feasibility of nasal administration with Chinese herb Angelica dahurica . METHODS: Investigated rat nasal administration of Chinese herb Angelica dahurica emulsion by observing the pharmacokinetic parameters and the contents in rat brain tissue of imperatorin and isoimperatorin, which were important efficient components of Chinese herb Angelica danurica . RESULTS: When Angelica dahurica emulsion was administrated by rat nasal, the t max of imperaorin and isoimperatorin both were 0 5 h, and the c max were 3 161 μg/ml and 2 916 μg/ml, respectively, and the AUC 0 ∞ were 20 205 μg·h/ml and 28.117 μg·h/ml,respectively, and the t 1/2 were 4 779 h and 6 301 h, respectively; 15 min later, the imperatorin and isoimperatorin infiltrated the brain tissue through blood brain barrier; 4 h later, the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin per 100 mg brain tissue were 40 368 μg and 22 849 μg, respectively. CONCLUSION: Nasal administration of Angelica dahurica was reasonable.更多还原
