【Abstract】 AIM:To determine content and dissolution of diclofenac sodium sustained release medication. METHODS: The content and dissolution were determined by UV at 276 nm. RESULTS: There were significant differences in dissolution between the products from different factories. CONCLUSION: It is necessary to control the dissolution of diclofenac sodium sustained release medication before clinical use.更多还原
