【摘要】 目的 :探讨三磷酸腺苷与阿托品合用在治疗室上性心动过速 ( PSVT)中的疗效。方法 :将三磷酸腺苷 ( ATP) 2 0 mg加阿托品 1m g快速静注 ,并与单用 ATP 2 0 mg快速静注作为对照 ,无效可重复给药。结果 :有效率 ATP与阿托品合用组为85 % ,单用 ATP组为 73% ,而缓慢性心律失常的发生率前者较后者低。结论 :ATP与阿托品合用治疗 PSVT,方法简单、快速、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the curative effect of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) plus atropine on supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). METHODS: The patients were given rapid intravenous injection of 20 mg of ATP plus 1 mg of atropine and made a comparison only with rapid intravenous injection of 20 mg of ATP. If there was no curative effect, repeated administration could be given to the patients. RESULTS: The effective rate using ATP plus atropine was 85%, and only using ATP 73%. The incidence rate of slow arrhythmia in the former was lower than that in the latter. CONCLUSION: The method in treatment of PSTV with ATP plus atropine is simple, rapid, effective and worthy to be popularized.更多还原
