【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析81例肺癌脑转移放射治疗效果和有关预后因素与生存的关系。方法:81例脑部转移灶照射DT19.8～65.0Gy,同时进行肺部原发灶照射12例DT35～60Gy。结果:本组肺癌脑转移患者放射治疗后0.5、1和2年生存率分别为71.6％、25.9％和4.9％。结论:肺癌脑转移一旦确诊应进行以放射治疗为主的综合治疗,可以改善临床症状和延长生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The effects of radio therapy of the 81 patients of lung cancer with metastasis of the brain and the relations between the related prognostic factors and survival were retrospectively analysed. Methods: The 81 patients with metastasis of the brain received the radiotherapy of the brain metastasis focus with dosage of 19.8-65.0 Gy, while 12 cases of primary lung cancer were treated with theradiative dosage of 35-60Gy, The radiotherapy with the dosage of 22-70 Gy was applied to the 12cases of metastasis of other sites.Results: The survival rates of the patients with lung cancer metastasis of the brain with 0.5 year、1 year、2 year after receiving the radiotherapy were 71.6%、25.9% and 4.9% respectively.Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment with the major of radiotherapy should be carried out as soon as possible when the lung cancer with the metaitasis of the brain is diagnosed. This treatment may improve the clinical symptom and lengthen the survival time.更多还原
