【摘要】 目的　分析丝裂霉素 C辅助小梁切除术治疗青光眼的并发症及其处理措施。方法　 5 6例 (6 5眼 )青光眼在行小梁切除术中巩膜瓣下及结膜下敷 0 .4m g/ ml MMC棉片 5分钟 ,术后 1、3、7天及 1、3、6、12个月观察疗效及并发症。结果　并发症有 :(1)角膜上皮缺损 15眼 (2 3% ) ;(2 )滤过泡渗漏 5眼 (7.6 % ) ;(3)巨大薄壁滤过泡 4眼 (6 .15 % )。结论　虽然 MMC辅助小梁切除术提高手术成功率及大大降低眼压 ,但其并发症值得重视 ,药物浓度及作用时间个体化有助于减少并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyzes the complications of trabeculectomy with mitomycin (MMC) for glaucoma and their treatment.Methods Trabeculectomy with MMC was performed on 56 patients (65 eyes) with 65 glaucoma.All patients were followed up the first.3rd.7th postoperative days and the first.3rd.6th.12th postoperative month.Their complications were observed.Results complications included:(1)corneal epithelial defects on 15 eyes (23%);(2)Filtering bleb leaks on 5 eyes (7.6%);(3)A thin-wall filtering bleb with hypotony was caused on 4 eyes (6.15%).Conclusion Operative success rate and dropped IOP has been improved by trabeculectomy with MMC for glaucoma.but it is importment to pay attention to complications.The drug concentration and effective times for the individual will help to reduce the morbidity.更多还原
