【摘要】 目的 :探索广泛性焦虑患者快速有效的治疗方法。方法 :将 48例符合广泛性焦虑诊断标准 (中国精神疾病的诊断标准 )的迁延不愈者停服抗焦虑药 ,采用口服维生素类药合并细胞色素C、辅酶A等静滴 ,葡萄糖酸钙静脉推注 ,注射用水皮内或穴位注射等进行诱导暗示心理治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗 1周、2周后进行哈密顿焦虑量表和哈密顿抑郁量表评定。出院时评定疗效。结果 :暗示治疗 1周后 ,哈密顿抑郁量表量表由治疗前平均 2 8.3± 5 .3降为 18.6± 7.2 ,有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。哈密顿抑郁量表由治疗前平均 2 4.3± 4.6降为 16 .7± 5 .4,有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗 2周后 ,上述 2量表仍较治疗前有极显著性差异 ,但较治疗 1周无显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。出院疗效 :显效率 5 1% ,总有效率 83%。结论 :暗示心理治疗是治疗慢性广泛性焦虑症见效快 ,疗效好的一种方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore a fast effective therapy for the patients with generalized anxiety who experienced a persistent ill.Methods: 48 patients with generalized anxiety,according to CCMD Ⅱ R,were treated with oral vitamines,intravenous COA and calcium Gluconate,and psychotherapeutics (suggestive therapy)instead of taking anti anxiety drugs.The patients were evalueted with HAMA and HAMD grades before treatment as well as after one week and two week treatments.Results: After one week of treatment,HAMA average grade of the patients declined to 18.6±7.2 from 28.3±5.3 with P <0.01;HAMD average grade declined to 16.7±5.4 from 24.3±4.6 with P <0.01。After two week of treatments,both average grades kept a significant decreas comparing to those in pre treatment,although they were similar to the grades of one week treatments.The therapeutic efficacy rates of leaving hospital were 51% of obvious efficacy and 83% of to tal efficacy.Conclusion: Suggestive therapy is a fast effective method in treatment of patients with chronic generalized anxiety disorder.更多还原
