【摘要】 目的 :探讨甲状腺瘤与腺癌细胞在生物学特征上的异同及其与侵袭转移的相关机制。方法 :收集有关的甲状腺肿瘤外科病理标本 71例并按其生物学行为分成腺癌未侵袭组 9例 ,侵袭组 17例 ,转移组 2 2例及腺瘤组 2 3例。以S P免疫组化法进行标记检测bc1 2 ,C erbB 2及CA 12 5癌蛋白的阳性表达率和Ki6 7的细胞增殖指数。结果 :全部的癌组织中均不同程度地表达两项以上的癌蛋白 ,而腺瘤组则不然。其表达率以侵袭组最高 ,接下来依次为转移组 ,未侵袭组 ,腺瘤组最低。各组与腺瘤组间均存在显著性的差异。而腺瘤组内从全阴性至全阳性均有零散地表达。Ki6 7的细胞增殖指数呈现为转移组 >侵袭组 >未侵袭组 >腺瘤组。结论 :甲状腺腺瘤的演进及腺癌的侵袭和转移可能与多种癌基因的表达失调相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine whether there is any correlation between biologic feature of thyroid tumor cells and the potential of invasion and metastasis. Methods: According to the biologic behavior, the specimens of 71 cases with thyroid neoplasm were divided into four groups: adenocarcinoma with non Invading group(NIG n=9), with invading group(IG n=17), with metastasis group(MG n=22), and adenoma group (AG n=23). The positive rates of oncoproteins, including bc12, cerb B2, CA 125, and cellular Hyperplasia Index(HI)of Ki67, were determined with S P immunohistochemistry. Results: All of adenocarcinoma expressed more than two kinds of oncoproteins, with the highest expression rate in IG, the second highest in MG, the third highest in NIG, and the lowest in AG. There was a significant difference between either group of adenocarcinoma and adenoma group. HI of Ki67 showed as follows: MG>IG>NIG>AG. Conclusion: The progression of thyroid adenoma as well as invasion and metastasis of adenocarcinoma might be associated with over expression of multiple oncoproteins.更多还原
