星形胶质细胞瘤中端粒酶活性的检测

【摘要】 目的:探讨原发与复发星形胶质细胞瘤中端粒酶活性情况。方法:采用TRAP银染法。结果:Ⅲ级及其以上恶性星形胶质细胞瘤中端粒酶活性明显高于Ⅱ级及以下胶质瘤(1/17,5.9%)(P<0.05);2年内复发的胶质瘤总的阳性率(8/11,72.7%)明显高于原发胶质瘤的阳性率(8/29,27.6%)(X2=5.02,P<0.05),原发、复发胶质瘤的差别主要分布在Ⅰ-Ⅱ级星形胶质细胞瘤中。结论:端粒酶可能是促进星形胶质细胞瘤复发及恶化的主要因素之一。

【Abstract】 Aim:To evaluate the telomerase activity in primary and secondary astrocytomas. Methods: TRAP (Telomeric Repeat Amplification Protocol)-silverstaining was used to detect telomerase activity. Results: The positive rate of astrocytomas (Grad ≥Ⅲ, 7/12, 58. 3%) is obviously higher than the rate of astrocytomas(Grad ≤ Ⅱ , 1/17,5.9%) (P < 0.05) . The positive rate of secondary astrocytomas within 2 years is obviously higher than the rate of primary ghomas and the distribution is different in Grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ between primary and recurrence astrocytomas. Conclusion; Telomerase is one of the main factors which triggers off the astrocytomas recurrence and development.
