【摘要】 应用组织病理及免疫病理观察,对665例蓝痣进行了分析。结果发现蓝痣以背部最为多见,病理上可分为普通型、细胞型、联合型和无色素型4种类型。病理特征变化很大,亦可发生气球样变性及溃疡,联合型蓝痣应具备细胞学上的双相性,Mel5染色对无色素型蓝痣的诊断很有帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six hundred and sixty-five cases of pathologically diagnosed blue nevu s were retrospectively studied.The most common site of blue nevus is on the back.The pathological features of blue nevus were d ifferent.It could be divided into common,cellular,combined and amelanotic types.There were 23cases(3.46%)of amelanotic,which were positive t o anti-Mel-5antibody.Cyto-logically nevomelanocytes of blue n evus mostly were spindle cells(84.66%).Balloon cell differentiation was a lso identified in 8cases.Of the 85combined blue nevus,histological pattern was different .The biphasic pattern of cytology sh ould be included into the diagnostic criteria in combined blu e nevus.更多还原
