免疫组织化学在皮肤梭形细胞肿瘤诊断中的应用——附80例分析

【摘要】 为探讨免疫组织化学在皮肤梭形细胞肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值,选用7种抗体(CK,vimentin, SMA,desmin, S-100蛋白,HMB45和CD34)对80例皮肤梭形细胞肿瘤进行分析。结果表明:CD34与S-100蛋白抗体联合应用对鉴别皮肤纤维瘤,隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤及神经纤维瘤是最佳抗体组合,SMA与desmin对平滑肌来源的肿瘤及HMB45与S-100蛋白对黑素细胞病变与其它梭形细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断均有极高的价值。因而,免疫组织化学在皮肤梭形细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断中有广泛应用价值。

【Abstract】 To investigate the practical value of immunohistochemistry(IHC) in the differential diagnosis of spindle cell tumors of the skin (SCTS),CK, Vim, SMA, Des, S-100 protein, HMB45 and CD34 were selected in the study of 80 cases of SCTS. The results showed that CD34 and S-100 protein were the best antibody combination used in the differential diagnosis of dermatofibroma,dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans and neurofibroma. SMA and Des were good antibody combination used in differentiation of muscle tumors from other spindle cell tumors, whereas HMB45 and S-100 protein had excellent reference value used in the diagnosis of melanocytic lesions. Therefore IHC should be widely used in the differential diagnosis of SCTS.
