【摘要】 目的　探讨氨甲苯酸 (AMBA)在心肺转流 (CPB)中对血小板的保护作用及其临床意义。方法　测定AMBA组和对照组血小板数量出血量和输血量以及CPB前后血浆α 颗粒膜蛋白(GMP 140 )、血栓烷B2 (TXB2 )和 6 酮 前列腺素F1a(6 K PGF1a)的浓度变化。结果　CPB术后 ,AM BA组血小板计数明显高于对照组 ,出血量明显少于对照组 ,AMBA组GMP 140和TXB2 上升幅度小 ,而对照组上升幅度大 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　氨甲苯酸在CPB术中可以起到保护血小板、减少术后出血的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effect of aminomethyl benzoic acid (AMBA) on platelet during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and its clinical application.Methods The platelet ceunt and the amount of haemorrhage and transfusion were detected after CBP.The changes of GMP 140,TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1a were compared between AMBA group and control group during CPB.Results The amount of platelet in AMBA group was greater than that in control group ( P< 0 05).The amount of haemonrrhage in AMBA group was less than that in control group ( P< 0 05).The rise range of GMP 140,TXB 2 in AMBA group was lower than that in cotrol group ( P< 0 05).Conclusion AMBA has a protective effect on platelet during CPB and reduces haemorrhage after open heart suigery更多还原
