乌拉地尔对冠心病患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽、内皮素、神经肽Y含量的影响
The effect of urapidil on the contents of calcitonin gene-related pepitide endothelin and neuropeptide Y in the patients with coronary heart disease
【摘要】 目的 观察乌拉地尔 (Ura)对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病 (CHD)患者全麻诱导气管插管前血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、内皮素 (ET)、神经肽Y(NPY)含量的影响。方法 用放射免疫分析方法测定 2 0例CHD患者血浆CGRP、ET、NPY水平 ,并以 4 0例健康者作对照 ,观察CHD患者静脉注射Ura(0 4mg/kg)后各指标变化。 结果 CHD患者血浆CGRP水平显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,ET、NPY均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。经Ura治疗后CHD患者CGRP水平明显升高 ,ET、NPY水平均明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 CGRP、ET、NPY是参与CHD发病的重要体液因素 ,Ura可明显提高CHD患者体内CGRP水平 ,有效拮抗ET、NPY的缩血管作用 ,对改善CHD患者心肌氧供需失平衡有重要作用
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of urapidil on the plasma contents of calcitonin gene related pepitide(CGRP) endothelin (ET) and neuropeptide Y(NPY) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods radioimmunoassay method was used to measure the CGRP,ET,and NPY before and after treatment with urapidil(0 4mg/kg intravenously).Results CGRP level was significantly lower and ET,NPY level were significantly increased in patients with CHD compared to normal value(all P< 0 01).After treatment with urapidil CGRP level was significantly increased( P< 0 01) and ET,NPY levels were significantly decreased(all P< 0 01).Conclusion Both ET and NPY could be an important causes of CHD and urapidil may markdly increased the level of CGRP in vivo.Urapidil may improve the imbalance between myocardial oxygen supply and need in patients with CHD and also markdly antagonitic effect on the contents of ET and NPY. [
