【摘要】 目的：比较开放性与腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的优越性，并探讨经腹腔与后腹腔腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的适应证及疗效。方法：采用经腹腔及后腹腔腹腔镜行肾囊肿去顶术３０例，其中经腹腔路径９例，肛膜后路径２１例．并回顾性分析比较 ３１例开放性肾囊肿去顶术。结果：腹腔镜手术用时 ２５～１１０ ｍｉｎ，平均 ４６ ｍｉｎ，其中经腹腔路径平均 ４０ ｍｉｎ．腹膜后路径平均需时 ５０ ｍｉｎ。术后恢复快，无一例发生并发症。对比开放手术，腹腔镜手术的手术时间、术后并发症以及术后住院天数均明显减少。结论：腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的疗效明显优于传统开放性手术．值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study open and laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and investigate the indications and outcome of transperitoneal and retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing. Methods: By using transperitoneal laparoscopy and retroperitoneal laparoscopy. renal cyst unroofing of 30 cases was performed. Among the 30 cases, 19 were males, 11 females. Renal cyst unroofing through transperitoneal approach or retroperitoneal approach was performed on 9 cases and 21 cases, respectively. Open renal cyst unroofing in 31 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The mean consumed time for laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing was 46 min with the shortest being 25 min and the longest being 110 min(thereinto, 40 min for transperitoneal approach and 50 min for retroperitoneal approach. The postoperational recovery was rapid and no complications occurred. As compared with open operation, the consumed time was shortened, the incidence of postoperational complications and hospital delay was decreased in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing. Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of transperitoneal or retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in treating simple renal cyst were superior to those by traditional open renal cyst unroofing.更多还原
