【摘要】 目的　了解柳州市高血压流行状况。方法　对柳州市 15岁及以上人群进行高血压抽样调查 ,2年后随访部分人群 ,采用 1999年WHO/国际高血压联盟推荐的高血压分类标准。结果　 (1)柳州市高血压标化患病率为 12 .85 % ;(2 )随着年龄增长 ,患病率逐渐增加 ,而理想血压、正常血压比率逐渐下降 ;(3)正常高值人群 2年后 1/3成为高血压病人 ;(4)知晓率较高 (72 .85 % )而控制率很低 (4.6 8% )。结论　柳州市高血压流行状况不容忽视 ,需加强综合防治工作更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the prevalence of hypertension in Liuzhou City. Methods The hypertension in Liuzhou City’s citizens (whose ages were 15 or above 15 ) was surveyed by sampling method, part of them were followed up after two years. The data were analyzed with WHO/ISH criterion. Results (1)The age adjusted prevalence of hypertension in the city is 12.85%. (2) The incidence of hypertension increases with increasing of age,, while the percentage of the citizens with ideal Bp and normal Bp declines.(3)The one third people whose Bp was in the high point of normal BP developed to patients with hypertension. (4)The known rate is high (72.85%), while the control rate is very low(4.68%). Conclusion Prevalence of hypertension in the Liuzhou City can’t be neglected, comprehensive preventive measures should be strengthened.更多还原
