【摘要】 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病 (2型DM )患者血小板α 颗粒膜糖蛋白 (CD62P)、血小板溶酶体膜糖蛋白 (CD63 )表达率的临床意义。方法　采用流式细胞仪 ,以荧光素标记单克隆抗体技术测定 63例 2型糖尿病患者 (其中微血管病变 3 1例 ,无微血管病变 3 2例 )CD62P、CD63表达率。结果　 2型DM组 ,CD62P、CD63阳性表达率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 2型DM并微血管病变组显著高于无微血管病变组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　CD62P、CD63表达率测定对于 2型DM微血管并发症的早期诊断有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical evaluation of Platelet α-granule membrane glycoprotein(CD62P) and Platelet lysosomal granule-membrane glycoprotein(CD63) in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The expression levels of CD62P and CD63 were measured by FCM in 63 patients with type2 diabetes mellitus (31 cases with microangiopathy,32 without microangiopathy) and in 27 controls.Results The expression levels of CD62P and CD63 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). The expression levels of CD62P and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microangiopathy increased significantly in comparison with patients without microangiopathy (P<0.01).Conclusion The measurement of expression levels of CD62P and CD63 has very important clinical value in early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy.更多还原
