【摘要】 目的　总结了 3年多暖牙胶垂直压术治疗根管源性牙髓根尖周病的临床疗效及成败因素。方法　追综观察 495例术后 1～ 3年的临床症状 ,X光片变化 ,用史氏标准评定疗效。结果　成功率为 99 2 %。结论　此术对主、侧支根管都能进行充填 ,且不受牙位置及根管弯曲的限制 ,是目前临床疗效较优良的根充方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the tcchniquc of vertical compaction of warm gutta percha in the trcatmcnt of pulpal apical diseases of endodontic origin and its affecting factors.Methods Follow up observation of the post operational symptoms and the changes of radiographic manifestation fo 495 cases. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by shi’s criteria. Results The success rate of this technique was 99.2%. Conclusion The technique is currently the best root canals obturatoin method. lt can obturate the main and lateral canals and is not limited by the position or the curvature of the canals.更多还原
