【摘要】 目的 :探索对海洛因依赖者较理想的戒毒方法。　方法 :采用东莨菪碱和小剂量氯丙嗪联合静脉滴注对海洛因依赖者 4 0例进行戒毒治疗 ,与单用美沙酮脱瘾 60例比较。　结果 :东莨菪碱和氯丙嗪联合对海洛因依赖者戒毒控制症状好 ,安全 ,副作用小。　结论 :东莨菪碱和氯丙嗪联合对海洛因依赖者戒毒是一种值得推广戒毒治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore a better method of detoxification for heroin dependent patients. Method:Forty heroin dependent patients treated with a combination of chlorpromazine (CPZ) and hyoscine were compared with other sixty patients treated with methadone alone. Results: Withdrawal syndromes of heroin dependence were highly controlled in CPZ and hyoscine group which had similar safety as methadone group. Conclusion:A combination of chlorpromazine and hyoscine is an effective treatment for heroin detoxification and worthy of being recommended.更多还原
