【Abstract】 Modified edible microcrystalline cellulose solution was spray dried by pneumatic nozzle and rotary disk atomization. The characteristics of spray drying were studied,and optimized technological operation conditions were obtained in industrialized scale. For obtaining the fine powder less than 300 mesh, the optimized spray drying technological parameters were also obtained.更多还原
