【Abstract】 The necessity and feasibility of making use of midrib of date palm leaves were presented. Re- sults of productive experiment showed that the quality of MDF using midrib of date palm leaves or mix- ture of midrib of date palm leaves and wood as raw material could be compared to that of wood-based MDF. A domestic special complete set of equipment for production of midrib of date palm leaves based MDF has been developed successfully at present,which can not only come into the international market but also be conducive to making use of the same resources in south regions of china.更多还原
