【摘要】 目的　探讨治疗成人髋臼发育不良的新方法。方法　应用全髋关节成形术治疗成人髋臼发育不良 30例患者 33髋。结果　随访 2 5例 2 8髋 ,平均随访 5 3年 ,采用Harris髋关节评分标准 ,优13髋 ,良 9髋 ,可 4髋 ,差 2髋。结论　术前准确测定髋臼骨质分布、制定周密的手术计划 ,术中正确重建髋臼 ,术后积极康复训练 ,患者大都可以取得满意的近期临床效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate a new therapy of treating adult hip dysplasia. Methods Total hip arthroplasty was used for treatment of adult hip dysplasia in 30 patients(33 hips). Results 25 patients (28 hips) were followed up for 5 3 years on average. 13,9,4,2 hips obtained excellent, good, fair, and bad result respectively according to Harris standard. Conclusion Before operation, acetabular bone bed should be measured accurately. In operation, a new acetabular bed should be reconstructed correctly. After operation, and active rehabilitation should be carried out. Most of the patients can obtain satisfactory recent clinical result.更多还原
