【摘要】 目的　提高脊柱结核临床疗效 ,减少并发症。方法　脊柱结核病灶清除后采用大块髂骨植骨 2 3例 ,17例行椎体钉内固定 ,6例行Luque棒内固定。 结果　切口均一期愈合 ,随访 12～ 3 8个月 ,2 3例均达治愈标准。结论　脊柱结核病灶清除后大块髂骨植骨修复骨缺损、牢固内固定 ,不仅有利于结核的治疗 ,而且愈合后局部稳定性好 ,减少了畸形、晚发截瘫等并发症 ,远期疗效好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and decrease complications in treatment of spinal tuberculosis. Methods 23 cases of spinal tuberculosis were radical focus debrided and grafted with iliac bone,17cases were fixed with vertebral nail, 6 cases were fixed with luque bar.Results The incision of all cases were cured for the first term,and the patients were followed up from 12 to 38 months all cured. Conclusion It is a favorable method that the focal debridement of spinal tuberculosis and grafted with iliac bone, repair bone lacking and vertebra firming fixed,which is not only benefical to treating spinal tuberculosis,but also improving the spinal stability,decreasing complications such as late paraplegia,deformity and presenting satisfactory outlook.更多还原
