【摘要】 目的　评价 9种变应原对支气管哮喘患者脱敏治疗的疗效与复发率。方法　选用 9种变应原经皮试阳性的哮喘患者行脱敏治疗。结果　本组坚持脱敏治疗一年以上的病例 5 61例。总有效率 81.64% ( 4 5 8/ 5 61)。临床控制率 8.5 6% ( 4 8/ 5 61)。脱敏治疗小于 2年 ,停药后复发率高达 79.3 9% ( 2 0 8/ 2 62 ) ,脱敏治疗大于 2年和 3年停药后复发率分别为 4 7.0 9% ( 81/ 172 )和 2 2 .3 3 %( 2 3 / 10 3 ) .三组间比较差异显著 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :脱敏对过敏原明确的哮喘患者临床疗效显著 ,复发率和治疗时间呈相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the efficacy and repalse rate of desensitization in patients with asthma by using allergens.Methods Nine kinds of allergens with positive skin test were chosen to desensitize patients with asthma.Results Among 561 patients who persisted in desensitizing beyond one year,total effective rate and clinic control rate were 81.64% and 8.56% respectively.The repasle rates decreased clearly onestime:79.39%,47.09% and 22.33% for the patients desensitized overn one year,2 years and 3 years,respectively.Conclusions The efficacy of desensitization in patients with asthma using definite allergens is clear.The relapse rate is associated with the length ot time in treatment.更多还原
