【摘要】 目的　探讨胸部 X线检查正常的咯血患者的病因。方法　通过纤维支气管镜检查确定 14 2例胸部 X线检查正常的咯血患者的病因。结果　 14 2例患者中 ,110例 ( 77.4 6% )患者通过纤支镜检查确定病因 ,其中炎症 88例 ( 61.97% ) ,肺癌 16例 ( 11.2 7% ) ,支气管内膜结核 6例 ( 4 .2 2 % )。结论　纤支镜对确定胸片正常的咯血患者的病因有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study causes of hemoptysis patients with normal chest X ray.Methods 142 hemoptysis patients with normal chest X ray were examined by fibrobronchoscopy.Results For 110(77.4%) of 142 patients examined by fibrobronchoscopy,definite etiological diagnoses were made.The main results of the fibrobronchoscopy for 110 cases as follows:the inflammation 88 cases(61.97%),bronchogenic carcinoma 16 cases(11.27%) and endobronchial tuberculosis 6 cases(4.22%).Conclusion Fibrobronchoscopy is important to the hemoptysis patients with normal chest X ray in getting their causes.更多还原
