【摘要】 目的　了解 Dipasic对耐药菌株是否有效及其药物抑菌浓度。方法　药敏培养基内加入 10种不同浓度抗结核药物 ,加入结核菌菌液 10 - 3毫克　结果　四周后观察三种抗结核药物耐药情况　结论　 DPC是一种独立的抗结核药物对耐药结核菌都有效 ,但在 1μg浓度时仍有 3 0 %生长 ,认为用药量应加倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the susceptibility of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to Dipasic. Methods To add antituberculotics in 10 different Dncentrations to susceptiblity culture medium,then 10 -3 mg of tubercle bacilli were added into this culture medium.Results The susceptibility of tubercle bacilli to 3 antituberculotics were observed after 4 weeks.Conclusions DPC, an independent antituberculotics,is active to drug resistant tubercle bacilli,although there are 30% tubercle bacilli still growth in 1μg/ml.The results suggest that the dosage of DPC must be doubled.更多还原
