【摘要】 目的　对比分析经颅多普勒超声 (Tic)与脑电图 (EEG)在诊断儿童抽动症 (TIC)中的价值。方法　对 42例Tic及 2 5例慢性头痛患儿 (对照组 )进行TCD及EEG检查 ,分析其TCD表现 ,并与EEG结果对比。结果　Tic在TCD上有特异性表现 ,并可随症状好转而改善 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而EEC异常率为 42 % ,异常程度与症状严重程度无关。结论　在Tic的诊断中TCD较EEG有更高价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) and electroencephalogram (EEG) in diagnosis of tic.Methods TCD and EEG were performed on 42 cases of tic and 25 patients with chronic headache (control group).The performances of TCD of tic patients were studied and compared with that of control group and the results of EEG.Results Tic patients had some special performances in TCD.The abnormal could decrease following the alleviation of symptoms.The results were significantly different from that of control group (P<0.001).However the abnormal rate of EEG was only 42%,and the abnormal extent of it was not related to the severity of symptoms.Conclusions In diagnosis of tic,TCD is more valuable than EEG.更多还原
