【摘要】 目的　本文旨在探讨B超监测卵泡发育排卵在治疗无排卵性不育症中的价值。方法　B超对 15例 36个自然周期和 77例 112个促排卵周期的卵泡发育情况进行观察。结果　自然周期平均每天增长 1.95mm ;排卵前卵泡平均值为 2 0 .89mm ;促排卵周期平均每天增长 2 .3mm ;排卵前卵泡平均直径为 2 2 .9mm。促排卵有效率为 77.7% ,妊娠率为 41.6%。结论　在治疗无排卵性不孕症中 ,B超监测卵泡的生长、发育及排卵 ,指导药物的合理应用是一种安全可靠的监测手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of B-ultrasonography in monitoring the growing-up of follicles and ovulation in non-ovulational sterilities.Methods The growing-up of follicles in 36 natural ovulation cycles of 15 cases and 112 ovulation-inducing cycles of 77 cases were investigated.Results The follicles in natural ovulation cycles enlarge 1.95mm in diameter each day and the average diameter is 20.89mm before ovulation,then in ovulation-inducing cycles,the follicles enlarge 2.3mm and the average diameter is 22.9mm before ovulation.The effective rate with ovulation-inducing is 77.7%,pregnancy rate is 41.6%.Conclusion To the non-ovulational sterilities,it is a safe and reliable methord using B-ultrasonography to monitor the growing-up of follicles and the ovulation.更多还原
