二维超声心动图估测跨室间隔压力比及QP/QS的新方法
New Method Using Two Dimensional Echocardiography for Noninvasive Assessment of Transseptal Pressure Ratio and QP/QS
【摘要】 目的 评价跨室间隔压力比与QP/QS的关系。方法 应用二维超声心动图测定 2 8例室间隔缺损(VSD)病人及 30例正常人的左室收缩期圆周指数 (LVSCI) ,并与心导管指标进行相关性分析比较。结果 正常对照组的所有LVSCI平均值 96%。VSD组的LVSCI分别与跨室间隔压力比 (RVSP/LVSP)及肺 /体循环血量比值 (QP/QS)呈高度线性负相关 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 LVSCI可作为一项有价值的非侵入性估测RVSP/LVSP及QP/QS的可靠指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship of transseptal pressure and QP/QS.Methods The Left ventricular systolic circular index(LVSCI)in 28 patients with ventricular septal defect(VSD)and 30 normal subjects was determined by two dimensional echocardiography and compared with catheterization technique.Results LVSCI Values exceeded 98%(mean 96%)in the normal control(NC) group.There was a significan inverse correlation between LVSCI and right ventricular/left ventricular peak systolic pressure ratio(RVSP/LVSP),RVSP/LVSP=2.65-0.046 LVSCI(r=-0.94,P<0.001),and pulmonary to systemic blood flow ratio(QP/QS)QP/QS=3.77-0.32 LVSCI (r=-0.90,P<0.001) in the VSD group.Conclusion The study suggests that LVSCI determined by two dimensional echocardiography is an noninvasive and valuable index in the assessment of transseptal pressure ratio and hemodynamic alterration in congenital heart disease.
