【Abstract】 With the expansion of higher education and the rise in tuition, the economic problem of students from low- income fami1ies has become a focus of school authorities and local governments. To ease the problem. the writer of this paper proposes increasing the number of scholarship and grant winners and raising the amount, bettering the system of education-aid loan, leading students to rational consumption, improving school management, providing more part- time job opportunities, intensifying students’ sense of responsibility and socia1 morality, and improving poor students’ psychological condition.更多还原
