【Abstract】 The present situation of which AN TNT explosives are still dominant in commercial explosives would be changed by a way of transforming the existing plants of commercial explosives rather than building new plants. Therefore, a new structural pattern of explosive products for the developing program of civil explosive industry in Ninth Five Year Plan will be soon formed.
