【Abstract】 Based on the Single Weak Plane Theory as well as on the strength estimation method proposed by Hoek, a modified method is proposed for estimating strength of stratified rockmass using the Hoek-Brown Rule. Reliability of the modified method is confirmed through testing. It is the author’s view that the modified method can be used to approximately estimate the strength of stratified rockmass.更多还原
