【摘要】 本文研究高技术成果商品化过程中新企业衍生的微观机制问题。在实证调查的基础上 ,给出了当前我国衍生高技术企业主要创业者创业动机的详细描述 ,反映了我国高技术企业创业者创业动力的实际情况。在抽样调查的基础上 ,本文还对我国学术型高技术企业衍生过程的要素组合模式进行了理论总结和分析 ,较全面地反映了在新企业衍生过程中各要素主体相互作用的各种方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the Spin-off micro-mechanism of new ventures in the process of high-tech achievements entrepreneurial commercialization. On the basis of empirical study, a detailed description about the motive of the major founder in spin-off ventures is presented, which reveals the actual situation in China. In order to manifest how the main bodies react to each other during the spin-off process of new ventures; we theoretically summarize and analyze the modes of resources distribution on the basis of sample investigation.更多还原
