硼铁含量和粒度对铁铜基摩擦材料性能的影响
Effects of Total Amount and Grain Size of FeB on Properties of Fe-Cu Based Frictional Materials
【摘要】 研究了硼铁含量和粒度对铁铜基摩擦材料性能的影响。研究发现 ,当硼铁粒度为 0 .2 5 0~ 0 .0 75mm时 ,若硼铁含量在 0~ 10 %范围内变化 ,则摩擦系数随硼铁含量的增加而增加。在制动压力为 0 6MPa时 ,摩擦材料的磨损随硼铁的增加而有所下降 ;当压力增加到 1.1MPa时 ,材料的磨损随硼铁的增加而增加。当硼铁含量为 2 .5 %时 ,摩擦系数和材料磨损量随细粒度 0 .0 48~ 0 .0 2 8mm硼铁的增加而下降。研究还发现 ,摩擦材料中的硼铁 (FeB)在烧结过程中与Fe反应形成了Fe2 B ,Fe2 B的生成既可提高摩擦系数又可降低材料磨损
【Abstract】 The effects of the total amount and grain size of FeB on properties of Fe Cu based frictional materals were studied. The results show that when the grain size of FeB was in 0.250~0.075 mm and the content of FeB increased from 0% to 10% mass, the frictional coefficient always increases, the wear of frictional materals at the brake pressure of 0.6 MPa decreases and inereases at the brake pressure of 1.1 MPa. When the amount of FeB was 2.5% mass fraction, both the frictional coefficient and wear drop with the rise of the fine grain from 0.048 mm to 0.028 mm of FeB. It was also found that the FeB reacts with Fe in frictional materals to produce Fe 2B during sintering, and this Fe 2B leads to increasing frictional coefficient and decreasing wear of the frictional materals.
