减压膜蒸馏法脱除水溶液中氨——工艺条件影响研究

【摘要】 对减压膜蒸馏法脱除水溶液中氨进行了研究 ,实验用膜有效面积是 2 0 0cm2 。实验考察了起始浓度( 0 .4~ 1.6mol/L)、料液进口温度 ( 4 2~ 5 6℃ )、料液流量 ( 33~ 84mL/s)及减压侧压力 ( 8~ 14kPa)对脱氨效果及平均水通量的影响。实验结果表明 :起始浓度对脱氨及平均水通量有一定影响 ;增加料液进口温度使得脱氨明显加快 ,但平均水通量同时急剧增大 ;增加料液流量 ,特别当料液处于层流区时 ,使得脱氨加快 ,但对平均水通量影响不是非常明显 ;在一定范围内 ,减压侧压力对脱氨基本无影响 ,但降低减压侧压力却使得平均水通量明显增大。

【Abstract】 Ammonia removal from aqueous solutions by vacuum membrane distillation was studied with the membrane area of 200 cm 2 used. The influences of the following variables on ammonia removal and average water flux were analysed: initial concentration of ammonia in the feed tank(0.4~1.6 mol/L),inlet temperature(42~56 ℃)?feed flow rate(33~84 mL/s)and permeating pressure(8~14 kPa).The results show that, initial concentration of ammonia influenced ammonia removal and average water flux; Increasing feed temperature increased ammonia removal, and average water flux increased sharply at the same time; Increasing feed flow rates, especially in laminar flow regime, increased ammonia removal, but the increasd of average water flux was not very evident; At a certain range of permeating pressure, there was no influence of permeating pressure on ammonia removal, but decreasing permeating pressure increased average water flux evidently.
