空拉管残余应力和壁厚变化规律的探讨

【摘要】 在空拉黄铜管工艺实验的基础上 ,探讨了空拉变形工艺对残余应力和壁厚变化规律的影响。实验结果表明 ,空拉管具有较大的残余应力 ;空拉拔时的道次加工率 ,加工道次和衬模拉伸时所用衬模的尺寸对管材的残余应力和壁厚变化都有显著的影响 ;不均匀变形指数Q可很好地描述变形前后截面尺寸变化及对残余应力的影响

【Abstract】 The variation regularits of residual stress and thickaess was discussed based on the experiments of brass tube drawn without mandrel. The results show that tubes drawn without mandred were characterized greater vesidual stress; the residual stress and tube thickness were remarkably affected by the deformation amount in one drawing, different drawing times and diameter of the first die in the couple die drawing. The heterogeneous deformation index Q can be used to describe the influnce of cross section differences before and after the deformation on residual stress.
