【Abstract】 In recent years, cooperative innovation has been one of the important ways of technological innovation in the world. The organizational modes of cooperative innovation are diversified. According to the integration of the organizations and interdependence between organizations, the organizational modes of cooperative innovation are classified into two parts, property agreement and non-property agreement. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of these organizational modes are contrasted. In the end of this paper, how to choose the organizational mode of cooperative innovation is proposed, based on different kinds of innovation and technology.更多还原
