【Abstract】 This article discusses the nature and strategic influences of technological discontinuities,then develops the notion of the pitfalls of technological innovation,and the causes of enterprises entering them,finally analyses the meanings and model of strategic technological innovation.It is argued that technological discontinuities are transformation of technolgical paradigm,in this process,pitfalls of technological innovation exist,when enterprises enter them.The more the enterprises innovate,the worse they become.strategic technological innovation is the only way of the enterprises striding the pitfalls of technological innovation.更多还原
