【摘要】 目的:探讨天蝎定痛散治疗偏头痛的疗效及作用机理。方法:观察天蝎定痛散对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应和热板法所致疼痛反应时间的影响,观察该药对小鼠脑组织5-羟色胺含量的影响;结果:能够明显减轻小鼠扭体反应和明显延长疼痛反应时间,明显改善5-羟色胺含量的变化;结论:天蝎定痛散能够明显改善实验小鼠脑组织5-羟色胺含量、具有明显的镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Tianxiedingtongsan on headaches. Methods: We observed the influence of Tianxiedingtongsan on rat body-turning response resulting from ethylic acid and on response time to pain caused by hot plate and on 5-hydroxyindolecetic content in brain tissue of rats. Results: The influence on rat body-turning response reduced remarkably, and response time to pain prolonged remarkably and the 5-hydroxyindolecetic content improved remarkably. Conclusion: Tianxiedingtongsan may improve the 5-hydroxyindolecetic content in the brain tissue of rats and have remarkable analgesic effect.更多还原
