【摘要】 目的 :对腰息痛胶囊的解热作用进行实验研究。方法 :采用伤寒、副伤寒菌苗致家免发热 ,啤酒酵母致大鼠发热的动作模型和实验方法 ,取受试药物分高、低两个剂量组 ,并设生理盐水对照组和阿司匹林对照组 ,以观察、比较受试药物的解热作用。结果 :腰息痛胶囊可使伤寒、副伤寒菌苗致家兔发热与啤酒酵母致大鼠发热的体温恢复正常。结论 :腰息痛胶囊有明显的解热作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Ami and Methods: To assess the effects of Capsulae Yaoxitong in typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever bacilli-induced fever in rabbits and beer yeast-induced fever in rats.Results Typhoid fever and Paratyphoid fever becterium and beer yeast stimulated a rise in colonic temperature. Capsulae Yaoxitong significantly induced the fever. Cocluston:Capsulae Yaositong-induced antipyretic effects is significant.更多还原
