【Abstract】 Objective: To study high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of oxaperozin tablets. Methods: Diamonsil C18(200 × 4.6nun, 5μm) column was used, mobile phase was MeOH-water (80:20), and detection wavelength was 285nm. Results: Over the concentration range of 5-45μg/ml, the linear regressin equation was C=0.0624A+45.229, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.86%, The within-day RSD=0.92%.
