作为硅橡胶增强填料的超细改性矿物粉体研究
STUDY ON MODIFIED ULTRAFINE MINERAL POWDER USED AS SILICONE RUBBER REINFORCING FILLING
【摘要】 采用材料物理化学和复合材料的方法 ,系统地研究了八种矿物及其超细粉体和改性粉体与硅橡胶基体的相互作用。研究结果表明 ,滑石、石英和硅灰石对硅橡胶基体具有较好的增强性能。填料的粒度小、比表面积大、长径比大等粉体性质好 ,其增强性能高。复合材料的界面粘附功与界面张力比值大 ,复合材料的力学性能好。具有表面活性基团 (通过表面改性 )、表面缺陷和适量的表面羟基是提高粉体增强性能的重要因素。复合粉体的增强性能优于单一粉体。
【Abstract】 The interaction between mineral filling and silicone rubber matrix was systematically investigated by using material physical chemistry and composite method. Main results are presented as follows: talc, quartz and wollastonite have better reinforcing effects than the others among the eight kinds of minerals selected. The powder’s properties including size, surface area, shape and aggregation structure of filling powder are the important factors affecting its reinforcement property. But there is no direct relation between the crystalline state and reinforcing effect of filling. The ratio of interface adhesive work (W a) to interface tension (σ SL ) is a parameter that reflects the physical action between the filling and the matrix in the composite and affects the mechanical properties of the composite. Based on research on surface OH group, surface defect and surface modifying agent of mineral powder, surface group is an important factor affecting chemical action between the filling and the matrix. Surface modifying can improve surface properties of mineral powder effectively. Coupling agent A-151 [CH 2=CH-Si(OC 2H 5) 3] with active group has a better reinforcing effect. Reinforcing effect of composite modified powder is better than that of single modified powder, and the reinforcing effect of mixed powder is superior to that of single powder.
