【Abstract】 Comparisons of the oriented infrared spectra data on the quantitative basis show that there are different concentrations of C-H and C-C bonds in the directions vertical to (100), (110) and (111). Analyzing the concentration differences between the C-H bond and the C-C bond in the different directions, we think that hydrogen tends to replace the carbon atom at C-C bonds which are related to the direction vertical to (111).更多还原
