从创业投资看中国二板市场的建立
From the point of view of venture capital to study of second board’s establish ment in China
【摘要】 中国的二板市场将呼之欲出,二板市场是一个专门为新兴公司和中小企业提供筹资渠道的新型资本市场,被认为是创业投资退出的最佳通道。从中国的创业投资状况去审视中国二板市场的建立,提出了相应的建议。
【Abstract】 The second board will be established in China.It is known that second board is the best way for venture capital to exit.So it is meaningful to study the establishment of second board from the point of view of venture capital in China.And then some suggestions have been put forward.
